Fueling Wellness: The Power of Nutrition with HEMSB
Our Bharat is fast growing economical country in the world. Our Bharat has more than 1.2 billion people. In our Bharat, 75% of the people suffering from Vitamin Deficiency. The majority of the people had poor practices and were ignorant of vitamin sufficiency.
Alarmed by the rise of lifestyle diseases, the Garuda Group were launched the “#Healthy Eat Makes Strong Bharat Movement”, and we have pledged to make a Strong Bharat.
More Indians were dying of non-communicable diseases such as ischemic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), stroke, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease, the report stated. ‘Risks, which include diets low in fruit, vegetables, and whole grains, but high. According to FSSAI, one in four Indians is at risk of dying from one of the Non- Communicable Diseases, such diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease or cancer. And diabetes has become India’s fastest growing disease since 2000, according to a study released in 2017 by two research institutes – The Indian Council for Medical Research and the Institute for Health Metrics.

According to the International Diabetic Federation, our India is considered as the
world capital of diabetes. Statistics reveal that the diabetes population in the country will reach 69.9 million by 2025 and close to 80 million by 2030. This indicates that a developing country is likely to see an increase of 266%.
Statistics collected recently show that diabetes culture is high in urban areas while 28% of the population living in cities and 5% of the rural population are affected.
Our country is second in cancer. It just comes with eating habits. Due to the high level of fats and carbohydrates in the daily diet and the low level of fiber, it leads to obesity and slowly leads to cancer. People who are addicted to tobacco and alcohol have the highest percentage of cancer.
The World Cancer Research Fund suggests that a daily diet of vegetables and fruits, and foods low in fat, can reduce the risk of breast cancer.
Common symptoms like hair loss, skin wrinkles, irritation, mental stress, joint pain, muscle aches, eye problems, cramps, fatigue, weak bones, weight problems, low immunity, dental problems are all related to nutrition.
Consuming food with proper nutritional value at the initial stage with proper awareness at all times will prevent long-term suffering.
