Empowering Rural Livelihood with HEMSB
Poverty is one of the biggest obstacles to human development and economic growth.
The population has been increasing in Bharat at a rapid speed. 260 million people in the country do not have income to have a sufficient food, basic necessaries, home and even their child education. Poverty in Bharat is seen mainly in the rural areas because of the uneducated and unemployed and increased population.
Poverty has many effects like it poor housing, illiteracy, increase the rate of child labour and unemployment, poor hygiene hence these poor people cannot afford proper clothes, well education etc.
Reason only because they don’t have much money to afford this.
Poverty can be controlled by giving them proper income source like livelihood.
Agriculture is unquestionably the largest livelihood provider in our Bharat, so more in the rural areas. It also contributes a significant figure to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
Bharat agriculture and allied activities have witnessed to our nation food culture. Sustainable agriculture is essential to provide food security for the next generation.
